You guys showed up and showed out. However, i do wanna apologize for the long lines and wait times as we ran into multiple issues that were unexpected. I cant thank you guys enough. As always, i couldnt do this without you guys.

Hey everyone! If you have been around Sequoia the last few nights of league and Gahanna last night you may have seen this!

We are helping George Rowans family through this rough unexpected time by doing a ball raffle that lasts until next week! All proceeds go to his family!

Tomorrow Oct 4th i will be selling a menu item that will be on the truck at Gahanna Lanes at 6:45pm! Je**ed chicken Philly sub! Comes with diced peppers & onions, provolone cheese, mayo, jerk sauce, lettuce and tomato on the side to add if you choose. Price will be $10 and will be worth every penny and that’s a promise! First come first serve. Once again i will be there at 6:45pm at Gahanna Lanes.

Lobster ravioli with Shiitake, King Oyster and Cremini mushrooms with sun dried tomatoes. This is plated on a spinach Parmesan cream based sauce and finished with 2 pcs of pan seared Cod! When i say this was absolutely delicious 😋! Don’t forget, food truck is coming and catering services are available!

So as some of you know, i took a job as a chef at 2 location for Jimmy v’s pub and grill. Owner is a really good guy and interested in what i had to show him. He asked me to do a limited time offer to see what i was really about and of course i did the crowd favorite jerk chicken Alfredo! It sold like hot cakes! I will be doing meals on Thursdays at Jimmy V’s in pataskala on broad st every week. Yum yum get you some. Glad my boss is so cool. Meals will be different every week

Because yesterday went well as it was last minute, i will be selling cleveland polish boys and will be at gahanna lanes today 3/29 at 6:15. It’s is Kielbasa sausage with coleslaw, fries and lathered in bbq sauce all on sandwich. It is to die for! I will also have some without coleslaw on it but will come on the side.
