Only a half day here for me today so I asked Devin to pour me his favorite pint of the four new beers we’ve tapped so far for our fall list and to look natural. He chose Groovy Juice by Fat Head's Brewery, which is crisp, hazy, and perfect for this hot afternoon. As for looking natural? 🤔

There’s a ton of cool stuff happening downtown this weekend and it’s looking like a busy one for us, so Chef Nate decided to speak to all of our hearts and go with steak for our feature! This 6oz filet is peppercorn crusted and served to your desired temperature alongside seasoned potato wedges and a fresh veggie medley. The real star of the show, however, is the mango cranberry demi-glacé, which chef prepared over the course of three hours today! It’s a must try so pop in and see us!

Big shout out to our brewmaster Stacy for taking home some serious hardware at the Indiana State Fair yesterday — first place in the Professional Brewers Division at the Indiana Brewers Cup! He won for his Franconian Red Lager, which is one of the two Elevator taps currently available, so make sure to get downtown and try one before it’s gone.

The brewery’s closure led to a lot of change with how we do things at Elevator. We are proud to serve so many fantastic local and regional craft beers on tap but keeping our legacy of brewing alive was extremely important to us. Elevator beers now are small but mighty, brewed on site behind our bar in batches with love, care, and attention to seasonality. Stacy’s commitment to this vision and his hard work has led to some of the best beer we’ve ever produced and as we move toward our 25th year in business, we can’t wait to see what he cooks up! 🍻🍻

We’re expecting a busy one tonight so we came with a big time special! Chef’s feature this evening was inspired by a delivery of fresh peaches, which are sharing the spotlight with some fresh grouper. Accompanied by scallion goat cheese mash and cauliflower rice, it’s nice and light for a beautiful Saturday night!

We always look forward to putting together a great menu for Restaurant Week and this summer’s will be no different! Our coursed menu will be featured during dinner service from Tuesday, July 23rd to Saturday, July 27th — make your reservation today!

We had such a great time out at in Gahanna last night participating in Distillery’s 1st annual Brewtails competition and were honored to take home third place in both popular and judge voting for our cocktail, The Ostensibier. Shout out and who took home hardware as well!

Chef’s feature this weekend is an herb marinated grilled mahi with wild mushroom risotto, goin’ together like peas and carrots and here until it’s gone! Get outside in this beautiful weather and join us downtown tonight — our patio is first come, first served!

Stacey cooked up another fantastic monthly micro for us and if you’re someone who’s been with us awhile, the Elevator Dark Lager will have some familiar flavors! It’s a perfect for our recently opened patio as it’s light on the palate and in the belly. We’re open at 11:30 and hope to see you for a pint!

Using fresh herbs from our patio garden, Chef Nate whipped up a rustic cannellini bean ragu to serve with his pan seared snapper this weekend! Our specials have been selling out early, often, and for good reason — come see why! Limited reservations for this weekend are still available via OpenTable and our website. We’ll see ya downtown!

We were accidentally given a case of raspberry oranges in our Friday morning order. Ever the innovator, Chef Nate decided to incorporate this delicious hybrid fruit into both the sauce and garnish for this weekend’s fresh ahi tuna feature. We’ve got it until it’s gone for all the grads and everyone else making their way downtown tonight and tomorrow!

Chef hand cut New York strip steaks for this evening’s feature! Grilled to perfection and served alongside steakhouse style potato wedges in a house southwestern rub, grilled asparagus, and bleu cheese crème, they probably won’t last long. We’re open for a busy one at 4:30! Limited reservations remain on OpenTable but our historic bar is always first come, first served and full service. Let’s have a beautiful Saturday, Columbus!

This weekend’s feature is a cornmeal dusted pork tenderloin served overtop of goat cheese garlic mash and asparagus then garnished with red pepper, roasted carrot, and our house maple chipotle glaze. It’s tender, delicious, and here until it’s gone!
