Sometimes we must fight for .
Peace is a state free of disturbance. And we all know disruption is plentiful in this world we live in.
Our peace of mind is disrupted by the world around us.
Our ability to flow and release is blocked by fear, because we all experience pain. We become paralyzed.
How do we find peace In perpetual chaos?
✨ meditation exercises
✨ stepping away from social media when we need a break
✨ acceptance that life will be hard sometimes
✨ releasing expectations and just be grateful for what is yours, now.
✨ pushing against and challenging fears that don’t serve you well (example: fear of rejection)
✨ find moments to just be, simply exist, with no other motives or objectives.
You deserve the feeling of freedom that peace provides.
Too funny! 😂😂😂
💫Alignment💫
- to be in agreement or alliance
- to be in the proper place
The belief that when it’s “meant to be” it will be always easy is a bold-faced lie.
Hard truth, it’s not.
👉🏼What is easy is finding peace in the turmoil when you are going in the right direction.
👉🏼 alignment means growth - which means you’ll be facing your triggers, shadows, wounds, addictions, and behaviors that you may have not realized aren’t serving you or your highest good.
👉🏼 Relationships may end - toxic, unequal, and harmful relationships are never what god/source/creator/universe/your momma would ever want for you. period.
👉🏼 Finding your path is easy, what is your natural passion/talent/fascination? Run towards those. Even if you don’t make it a career, it can make a positive impact on humanity, and that is what we all should be running towards.
Lastly,
You know when you smile after a rough day.
You’ll feel the growth and difference in your life, especially looking back over a period of time.
Don’t overthink it too much. Face the parts of you that you know aren’t helping you, and work on them.
Journal. Find a community. Get a therapist. Find regular exercise you actually enjoy. Carve out time for your passions.
A year from now you’ll be stunned by your growth.

It's about loving yourself through the bad moments, and the good ones. Through those days when cyber sales are bombarding you and when you're not sure if you've had enough H20 yet.
It’s not about Self-Help—it's not about getting “better”—it's about recognizing the sweet heart that's always been here.
Right here.

Same, same...
The Vedas talk of our body/mind constitution and each human has three qualities and each of us may have a dominating one or two (rare people may have a balance of the three!!)
👉🏼Kapha: these people are grounded and patient. Slow to anger. Typically larger framed, good endurance, although it may take them a minute to get moving. When imbalanced they can be lazy, stingy, and may deal with health issues with retaining water and sluggish digestion.
👉🏼Pitta: these people tend to have curly, thin hair. Freckled. Skin tends to flush a lot. They are fiery, passionate, and they are naturally athletic. They can gain or lose weight easily, and can have regular skin issues. When out of balance these individuals tend to be angry, prone to diarrhea, and overly competitive.
👉🏼Vata: these individuals are full of ideas and creative. They have bursts of energy but they have a hard time sustaining energy for longer periods of time. They typically do best working in spurts, or when inspiration strikes. They are the type of people that seem like they can't sit still, "adhd" comes to mind. They have issues with their stomach a lot, and they have a lot of ear issues. When out of balance they can seem distracted, flighty and anxious. Constipation is a major issue with digestion.
We all have some of these qualities and as we age and become more well-rounded, we can score equally in all three doshas. We can even become imbalanced in all three doshas.
I am predominately Vata, with Pita secondary, depending on what I am doing they are equally high or flip back and fourth.
I've built a more stable disposition being around kapha types and working on my mental/physical health.
Intro to Ayurveda: Understanding the Three Doshas According to Ayurveda, life force manifests as three different doshas—vata, pitta, and kapha—that can affect your health, energy, and mood.
When we start living intuitively, we start flowing with the seasons rather than fighting against them.
