The first half of 2024 has been🙌🔥

I always love to take time to reflect mid-way through the year. Sharing my reflections with you is my way of letting you in on the behind the scenes action of my business and life🙌

Let’s review the first half of 2024 together⤵️

🏡 Helped multiple singles, couples, and families get into new homes here in Columbus!

💸 Helped multiple sellers secure contracts to sell their properties.

✈️ Travelled to Europe TWO times!

🚗 Bought a new car that I freaking LOVE!

🔥 Started a real estate coaching business that has absolutely taken off and that I am so passionate about!

👩‍💼 Worked with a start-up company to build out their 2024 marketing and launch plan!

😱 Lost 17 pounds (I know this is personal but I am super proud of this!)

While things have been amazing overall, here are some challenges I’ve also experienced this first half of 2024⤵️

🦌 Totaled my car unexpectedly.

😩 Only saw my sister a few times (we are a year apart and best friends so this is always hard for me).

🏡 Had a couple of very difficult deals.

❌ Multiple Deals have terminated unexpectedly.

🤪 AC stopped working for multiple days/weeks when it was hot.

🛁 Multiple issues with plumbing in my home.

🐶 Very scary experience with my dog where we thought he was paralyzed or severely injured. MULTIPLE expensive vet visits. He is now fine thank god!!

🐾 Charlie also has been dealing with severe allergies, rashes, and ear infections. Navigating different remedies all spring.

Moral of the story…the first half of 2024 has been one for the books that’s for sure!

I am grateful for my clients, agent students, friends and family for your continuous support!
