I ♥️♥️♥️ residential spatial planning, especially for small spaces. It’s my favorite! I’m always trying to maximize every square foot. No wasted space on my watch. Here, the initial plan drawn up with the contractor has a space saving galley kitchen, it didn’t provide enough kitchen storage so I flipped some things around was able to create a laundry/mud room/pantry near the side door. Where were the cereal boxes, large appliances and pots & pans going to go, right?
