Reiki for Pets is an energetic connection adapted to pets and other animals which offers pain and stress reduction techniques through light touch or the "beaming" of energy to a pet. Learning Reiki for Pets gives you the ability to take a more active role in your pet's health and wellbeing. It's also beneficial to those who care for and work with animals professionally or in a volunteer capacity.

This class provides support for pet owners who have no previous energy experience or training and for those that already work with Reiki. Four Attunements will be included to provide intuitive connection.

Reiki practitioners of all levels of training, as well as all lineages, often enjoy the opportunity to participate in communal Reiki sessions known as “Shares.” The sessions give each person a chance to learn from one another as practitioners, as well as benefiting from multiple healing hands during the sessions. Reiki Shares are offered on the last Sunday of the month from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Please arrive prior to 6 pm, as the Share begins promptly at 6 pm.

There are many ways to use sound and vibration for healing, focus or connection. Many people find it difficult to meditate. Sometimes, we get the idea that meditation means an entire hour of being absolutely quiet, with no distracting thoughts and then, some great moment of enlightenment comes at the end of that hour. This class will look at the many different ways our brain distracts us from daily Mindfulness and how Mindfulness can increase our daily Peace. We will approach meditation from several different aspects with time spent in the practice of several different types of meditation.

We will discuss new perspectives on how we approach life so we can retrain our brain to be more mindful.
We will learn how healthy boundaries and forgiveness can help with Mindfulness.
We will also learn how incorporating intuition and affirmations into our practice can help with Mindfulness.
We will discuss different Mindfulness techniques for daily practice.
As part of this class, you will make a personal set of meditation beads! Items have more meaning when made with your own hands and energy. We will discuss and practice using your meditation, including affirmations, prayer, gazing and chanting.

Typically, the full moon has the most poignant energy, and moon energy can be harnessed three days before or after it passes through the full or new phase.

This circle uses divination, dance, crystals, shamanic journey mediation, storytelling, poetry, fire ceremony, and journaling to connect with our inner world.

Join Sarah Waller for a Somatic Release Breathwork™ Workshop. Somatic Release Breathwork helps to connect to the subconscious mind and bring awareness and insights that are otherwise hard to access. The breathwork practice utilizes a circular breathing pattern, rhythmic music, and light touch to help open blocked energy centers within the body. The breathwork helps to facilitate a cathartic release that helps to expel stress and anxiety, suppressed emotions, negative belief systems, old patterns, and addictions that may be holding us back. These stressors are stored within the tissues of our bodies and when released, it helps to free up space within the body. This helps to promote relaxation and clarity and helps to bring about a greater sense of joy and presence. Many people report feelings of euphoria and out-of-body experiences during the session, followed by elevated states of gratitude and bliss upon completion.

In this sound bath we will be harnessing the new moon vibrations each month to manifest our positive intentions clearing a path for love, prosperity, and healing in our lives. The full moon is a time of rest and reflection on the progress we have made since the new moon as well as letting go of what no longer serves our highest good. The new moon is a time to set intentions and follow up with action steps to manifest your desires.

There will be an introduction to what each moon means in some indigenous cultures as well as the astrological position being amplified. The group will set our intentions for healing as we begin. These intentions will be carried through the ether by the vibrations and sound created by crystal signing bowls, chimes, toning and other tools.

Oracle cards will also be used to support the intentions set and support each person on their path of self-discovery. Please feel free to bring a journal or any other item you would like to include in your healing work (crystals, jewelry and sacred items for example).
