We've added another 3D printer to our inventory. Our new Bambu Labs X-1 Carbon series printer produces a print in half the time, and we now have the ability to produce multi-color prints!

Our roof project is almost complete! This was a complete overhaul with new decking, insulation, and reflective TPO covering. This should give us enormous energy savings in the winter and keep us cooler in the summer.

We are getting ready for a big 2025 and celebrating 40 years of business in 2026!

In celebration of Independence Day, Robey Tool Inc will be closed on Thursday, July 4th and Friday, July 5th. We will resume our normal production schedule on Monday. Have fun, be safe, and most of all remember to be free!

Due to the oppressive heat, Robey Tool will be closing early today around 12:00pm. Our staff has toughed it out all week with brutal temps and humidity. When our last promised job is complete, we are sending them home for their health and safety. Thanks to our awesome team, you're the best! 💪

Acetal and stainless steel spoke and wheel, 16" in diameter 😳Nearly every surface is curved, requiring time-consuming 3D milling operations to generate. The 5th axis came in handy for milling the walls, leaving a precise fit for the insert and an ultra-smooth finish.

This was a fun project. A customer needed gears for this planetary and the OEM is no longer in business. No problem for our expert machinists. The new gears are made from brass per request, and they functioned flawlessly.

We just finished a run of these tapered split bushings - machined from 303 stainless steel. They came out looking great and they are super accurate (+-0.0005" on the bore).

We are pleased to announce our successful migration to SolidWorks 2023. SolidWorks is a powerful CAD program, enabling us to open virtually any 3D model. We also use SW to design and build our own custom fixturing for use in the shop.
