Upper Arlington bus driver's case was dismissed in OVI trial yesterday. This case seemed shaky from the start. Judge Rule 29'd the case, meaning the prosecution did not meet its standard and case was dismissed before the defense even had to put on their case. Driver was reported by the kids as driving erratically was located an hour or so later getting lunch at Giant Eagle, an urine sample was taken in this case but was not submitted by the State, I'm not clear why. Justice served it would appear.
