Hopewell is in the business of unforgettable work experiences. We work to identify and reduce the space, amenity, and technology variables that make a work experience difficult or undesirable. At Hopewell Work Labs we utilize curiosity, courage, enthusiasm, grit, and candor to provide exceptional experiences and study the factors that ultimately lead to an excellent work experience.

The Hopewell Concierge sits on the front lines of all Work Lab experiences and is the first and last touchpoint for members and guests at Hopewell’s Paristown location in Louisville, Kentucky. This role is essential to providing a hospitable and high touch experience and requires patience, organization, positivity, and personality.

The ideal candidate will be a walking encyclopedia of Hopewell knowledge and obsessed with creating exceptional member experiences. You are thoughtful, adaptable, willing to pitch in, and detail-oriented. A zeal for customer service both in troubleshooting and going above and beyond will be key to this role’s success. You will report to the Operations Manager and will support key company and location initiatives.

Owns:
This person owns site support for members and guests at the Hopewell Paristown location. Responsibilities include:
Room booking support and preparation
Hopewell facility tours
On-site member inquiries
Member check-in
Guest support
Daily cleaning and organization tasks

Experience:
The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality and anticipates the needs of others. Meeting and event planning experience is a bonus. Must have strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills. Needs to be comfortable learning and operating software for meeting bookings, and check-in.

Requires proficiency in:
Gmail + Google Drive
Microsoft Suite
Optix is a bonus
