Nothing says "Summertime" like a sitting on a shady front porch and waving to the neighbors. This historic home had a beautiful deep porch but no roof. After structurally reinforcing the stone perimeter wall to accept the added load, J.S. Brown & Co. added a low slope new roof with custom craftsman style columns. Authentic gas lanterns, a new front entry door and ceiling fans were the perfect finishing touches.
