Our commitment to excellence in athletics today has been built upon the vision of our vast alumni and our decades of winning seasons! As we approach Athletics Giving Day, we celebrate our coaches, past and present, as well as our athletes and families who give it all in the pursuit of healthy competition. We also recognize the world-class facilities that make up our St. Charles campus....from our new Convocation Center to our weight room, natatorium, 2 turf fields, track, baseball diamond and golf simulators, our St. Charles facilities give our boys a place to practice and play just as hard as they work in the classroom. Congratulations to the following five young men who were selected to attend Buckeye Boys State this summer.
Alex Delong, Cheech Garcia, Tiernan Hunter, Will Ross and Max Shank.

Cheech Garcia was also presented with the “Outstanding Citizen” award for his leadership, hard work and dedication to the program. At Boys State, young men learn about city, county, and state government through a non-partisan objective education approach.

Who remembers these headlines from this past year? We had two coach’s win Dispatch Coach of the Year in their respective sport! Not only did they take their teams far in the state tournaments, but they also serve as great leaders in the St. Charles Community!

Congratulations to our very own Mrs. Magill on the release of her novel "Tossing Bullets".

Tossing Bullets is about a 14-year-old boy who leaves home to play professional baseball in 1943. Currently, the novel sits at #1 on Amazon's Teen and Young Adult sales list!

Not only that, but the cover art was created by SC Alum and Class of 2022 Graduate Yadu Mangray.

The pilgrimage has arrived. Join us TONIGHT!

Congratulations to Austin Carpenter ‘26, Jake Lloyd ‘26 ,Alex Wu’26 and Brad King’26 on setting the 15-16 National Age Group record in the 200 freestyle relay. This means that they are the fastest four swimmers in the history of this event!

June 17th was a great night for those who received their Eagle Scout rank in 2023! Pictured with Major General and former congressman Steve Stivers is Joseph Hageman ‘26, John, Grant and Thomas Rice ‘25.

John received the Easton Community Foundation’s Soaring Eagle Award and scholarship for achieving the Eagle rank “while overcoming a personal challenge and letting nothing stand in his way.”

From June 10-15th 4 St. Charles rising Seniors and faculty member Michael Warner spent a week with the community of Buen Samaritano in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Andrew Chambers, Konrad Gozon, Miles Hockenberry and Ben Ruess built relationships with scholars from the community and supported the operations of a new Family Life Center.

All are welcome to Fr. Michael Ryan's Mass of Thanksgiving at St. Catharine this Sunday, June 23rd at 11:00am.

Fr. Michael Francis Ryan, C.S.C. was ordained to the priesthood, along with seven other men in the Congregation of Holy Cross on Saturday, April 6th, 2024 at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, on the campus of the University of Notre Dame. Fr.Michael graduated from St. Catharine School (2004) and St. Charles
Preparatory School (2008), and graduated from the University of Notre Dame (2012) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering. He is currently the rector of O'Neil Men's Dormitory at the University of Notre Dame.
