Big drink news! For years, we have been asked if we have whipped cream for our drinks & we finally do! You can now add sweetened whipped cream to our hot and cold drinks. Stop in and try it Wednesday-Sunday 9am-5pm ☕️

Did you know we make ice cream treats now? If not, you do now and you should absolutely try them- they are delicious! We will be keeping our freezer stocked with all kinds of ice cream sandwiches, ice cream cakes, and other tasty frozen treats. We will be trying out different flavors and products since we are just getting started so you will find different things from visit to visit but they will be tasty no matter what!
The ice cream cakes are not available for preorder at the moment but we will be trying our best to keep the freezer stocked with good options!

*FYI* there is a marathon that goes right down High Street past us tomorrow morning. It will probably be much easier to get to us after 11am. If you can get there by walking though, you could get an easy chance at the best selection right at 9!

Happy 4/20-eve to everyone who celebrates! We are showing our love to the holiday with these rolling tray cut out cookies. An edible green shortbread cookie crumb joint (wrapped in rice paper), a pile of cookie crumbs, and an oreo grinder on top of a cut out cookie rolling tray.

We all love a good fruit filled tart but how about chocolate fudge? That's right, we finally made a chocolate pie crust & a super tasty fudge filling that we're ready to use to build so many delicious chocolate based tarts! This weekend we will have classic chocolate fudge and chocolate orange tarts in the case. Please bear with us while we adapt to the demand. We know these are going to be popular (because they taste amazing) so it may take us a bit to know how many to make for each day and may result in early sellouts. As always, it's best to get in early if you can!

We are *SO* excited to tell you that we've done it - We've made vegan peeps. And let us tell you, these are great. As previous enjoyers of peeps, these have been something that we have been working on for a while and have finally cracked the code. A truly delicious, soft vegan marshmallow covered in colored sugar, perfect for the nostalgia that vegans have not been able to enjoy...until now!

Since we cut these out of a sheet of marshmallow we are left with scraps which we will be offering as samples starting tomorrow. They will also be available to purchase starting tomorrow!

March Croissant Club - Mint Chocolate Chip Brownie

Our new flaky square shaped croissant with brownie, mint buttercream, and brownie batter buttercream inside. Topped with chocolate ganache, more of each buttercream, chunks of brownie, and chocolate chips.

If you're not new to the Happy Little Treats world, you know we usually go pretty big for Valentine's day and this year is the biggest yet. 3 whole days of every single thing in our case being on theme including some specials that we only do once a year like our well-loved Red Velvet Croissants! We will have so many other great pastries like graham cracker heart sammies, tiramisu, cut out cookies, truffles, heart poptarts, and so much more. Plus we will have a very solid gluten free selection this year too! As always, everything is first come, first serve so make sure to show up early for the best selection! We open at 9am!

February Croissant club! Tiramisu 🥐☕️
Our flaky croissant with tiramisu built inside. Vanilla cake soaked with espresso and cashew cream filling stuffed into a croissant with more cream filling on top. A dusting a cocoa powder tops everything to make a very delicious treat.
This croissant is available for preorder for February 24th only! It will not be available for Valentine's day ( We will have tiramisu still though!)

We are looking to add a full time baker to our team!
We need someone who can work Wednesday-Sunday 9am-5pm. Professional bakery experience is a plus but can be made up for with a passion for baking and ability to learn quickly. If interested, please send your resume to [email protected].

We announced our January 2024 croissant club a couple days ago (check it out on the last post!). Now we want to reflect on the first full year of the Happy Little Treats croissant club! If you participated this past year, you know we had some real tasty ones and we want to give YOU the option to choose which one were going to bring back this month. That's right, in addition the January '24 croissant club, were going to bring back your favorite from '23! Your choice will be available for preorder to be picked up on January 27th. So let us know in the comments which one you want us to bring back, we'll tally them up and then we'll put it on the website for you to order! Voting ends tomorrow (1/10) at 6pm.
