Our team at Signature Apartments in Lexington, Kentucky has completed the first round of furniture move-ins! Over the course of a few quick days, they moved hundreds of furniture pieces into each unit as they prepare to welcome the first residents to Lexington’s newest student housing community. 👏⁠

Exciting progress update on the Lusso Apartments in Italian Village! Our talented team at Homestead Construction is making incredible strides toward completing this beautiful project. The leasing team has started settling into the community, preparing for hard hat tours for our VIPs.

From a rooftop amenity deck, to underground parking, Lusso will offer a variety of amenities to their residents.

It's GLOW DAY! Thank you to Miss Brinich and her 5th-grade class at Worthington Park Elementary School for letting Homestead Construction be a part of Glow Day.

This special event is designed to let the kids have fun and blow off steam before testing. The students donned their vests and enjoyed a day of activities, games, and music. Accounting has also begun discussions of having a Glow Day after tax season. More to come!
