What an epic birthday! I did some things today:

1) Sold a house! 1 day after we the Hilliard Condo hit the market, we went into contract with an offer that's over asking price! Not too shabby.
2) Went to the Bridge Park Farmers Market.
2) Got a new set of tires for the Man Van (I went with the Firestones. I think they're made in Akron, but not sure)
3) Played my favorite board game, Catan, with my girls.
4) Celebrated National HVAC Technician Day by visiting our TemperaturePro Columbus techs out in the field. Such respect for these guys - they work their butts off in the heat!
5) Had an amazing dinner. Burgers, corn on the cob, baked beans, green beans and peppers.

Going to wrap up this day with a tall glass of bourbon and watch The Empire Strikes Back with my family.

It's a pretty damn good life I lead.
