PROGRAM SERVICES WE OFFER & WHY
Residential Construction – We provide residential construction services for our low-income homeowners that live in California and homeowners that live in an underserved community will take precedence. On average, home renovations increase property value and provide a 70% ROI (return on investment). Home renovations can reduce the cost of utilities and can improve the quality of life in the homeowners’ living space. Common renovations that add value include: kitchen/bathroom remodel, insulate/upgrade windows, garage door replacement, and landscaping just to name a few. If you are a low-income homeowner contact us to find out if you qualify for our services.
Commercial Construction – We provide commercial construction services for our minority-owned business owners located in California and business owners that conduct business in an underserved community will take precedence. Commercial renovations can help boost profits, appeal to new customers, increase employee satisfaction and improve workplace efficiency. Reasons to renovate: boost brand image, maintain a modern look, improve workplace security and eliminate safety hazardous conditions. Common renovations include: signage, painting, lighting & flooring. If you are a minority-owned business owner contact us to find out if you qualify for our services.
We’ll Take Care of You – Twice a month, we partner with local municipalities, chamber of commerce offices and local 501©(3) non-profit organizations and hand out food and care packages to our residents in need and people without housing. Items include but not limited to: water, rice, beans, dry cereal, ready-to-eat canned food items, etc. and basic human needs items such as: socks, shoes, underwear, blankets, general hygiene products, feminine products, diapers, etc. ( # of boxes and designated locations TBD).
You’re Invited to Dinner – Oftentimes, our underprivileged and people without housing receive cold meals. Everyone deserves a hot meal. Hot meals are comforting, satisfying and nutritious and we want our love ones to feel special! So, twice a month we partner with local municipalities, chamber of commerce offices and local 501©(3) non-profit organizations and hand out hot meals. All meals will include: bread or roll, soup or salad, hot entrée with (2) sides, dessert and a drink including a smile and encouraging words from our staff and volunteers. ( # of meals and designated locations TBD).
