✨ ADOPTED - Doorstep ✨

Doorstep finally found her home! Our sweet girlie got adopted with one of ‘s fosters (thanks for recommending our girl!). She’ll have a new brother and already has two parents that love her so much! They even made an instagram for her where you can follow at 💖 Doorstep is one of the lucky ones. She was going to be TNRed but was SO friendly. Luckily, a foster stepped up and she was able to be rescued off of the street.

And here’s our second group of TNR cats this week! We had 3 girls and 5 boys. We got a newcomer at a colony and then started two new places! These folks have been waiting nearly a year for us to get to them and we’re excited to finally be able to help 😻

✨ ADOPTED - Caspian & Max the Wild Thing ✨

Two of our favorite panthers went home together! Yay! Caspian and Max were rescued with their 4 other siblings and their co-parenting mamas. Over half of the clan has now finally been adopted! Caspian and Max were hits at where they met their awesome new parents. We couldn’t be happier for them and their new life.

We love when our mamas go home 😻 Junie B was a part of our coparenting moms. Three of her babies have gone home already and now it’s her turn! Junie is an energetic girl with a lot of love to give. She’ll have new human siblings who can hopefully keep up with her.

Meet this week’s TNR cats! We had a beautiful batch. We are currently working a "siamese" colony. Fun Fact — we just call white cats with blue eyes siamese. As you know, all of our cats are really just street cats. While "Siamese" are highly adoptable, this batch is truly feral. So they went back to their outdoor home.

Our tuxie boys were finally adopted … and together! 🥳 We couldn’t be more excited for these outgoing kids who were the last of the litter. Their siblings all were adopted months ago, and these boys were left behind. They came a long way from ringworm babies to the fun, adventurous boys they are now. They get to stay together forever and have amazing new parents who are even keeping their names!

Meet last week’s TNR cats! We had 4 females and 3 males. Yet again, we had another pregnant female. Kitten season is never ending in Southern California, and that is why TNR programs for outdoor community cats is so essential. This poor girl was likely on her 2nd or 3rd litter this year.

✨ ADOPTED - Freya ✨

Freya was a newbie at one of our finished colonies. She showed up with a limp and was SO friendly. We luckily were able to find a foster and quickly got her into the vet to see what was wrong. After cage rest, multiple X-rays, pain medications and anti-inflammatories, and acupuncture… it was determined she was a mystery. Nothing was broken and nothing seemed to help, but it also doesn’t bother her. Freya runs, jumps, and climbs with the best of them. So! We let her be. Now, she finally found her forever home after many months in foster! We are so happy someone saw her for the amazing girl she is.

Harriet met her forever person at ! Her new mama saw her and immediately fell in love. Harriet is a part of our co-parenting moms crew and is finally ready for a family of her own. She’ll have a few new kitten siblings to hang out with and a mom who is obsessed with her!

✨ ADOPTED - Bazooka ✨

Bazooka was adopted! These sweet boy came to us after hitching a ride in a car engine to Compton. He was so dirty, we didn’t even know he was orange. He had a prior eye infection that left some scarring which made it more difficult to find him a forever home. Even though it causes him no problems, sometimes people are a little scared of something different! But that worked out for Bazooka because he found his purrfect human who was drawn to him because of his differences! Bazooka will have a new kitty sibling.

The last of our Little Women was finally adopted! Her adopters saw her at and fell in love! 😻 She is going to have three new kitty siblings to play with.

Butterfly has gained her wings 🦋

It was just a few hours ago that one of our colony caretakers reached out for urgent help. A kitten they had taken in had a severe upper respiratory infection, skin infection, had sudden loss of appetite and became lethargic. By the time we got to her, her body temperature was dropping and her gums were pale. After putting her on a heat pad and putting sugar water on her gums, we rushed her to the vet. We knew the odds were against her but we wanted to give her a fighting chance. We did blood work, which revealed she was severely anemic and her kidneys were not functioning well. Immediately after drawing her blood, she began agonal breathing. The decision was made to end her suffering.

Meet last week’s TNR cats! We had 6 males and 3 females to *almost* finish up this colony. We have about 4 more left, but we’re going to wait until they’re a little heftier. Two of these females were in heat AND post partum (which means we’re on litter 2 or 3 of this year) and one was pregnant again along with a giant abscess on her face.

✨ ADOPTED - Pluto ✨

We couldn’t be happier to announce that Pluto has been adopted by his wonderful foster mama! Pluto has been through it all, and we weren’t quite sure he would make it to this day. But he defied all of the odds, and here we are! 🩷

We won’t go too into detail about Pluto’s story because his foster mama already made an amazing reel. Or two 🤣 Instead, we just want to say CONGRATULATIONS 🥳✨

Oopsie! We forgot to post that these two cuties were adopted a couple of weeks ago! 🙀 Amelia and Wilbur were a part of our coparenting mom/daughter duo. They were rescued from one of our Compton colonies when they were tossed outside with their mamas.

Luckily, was there to rescue them! Their siblings and moms are still waiting for their forever homes.

The majority of our Little Women have gone home!! We found these guys at one of our new colonies, living behind a washer and dryer. Their feral mama walked into our trap, and we quickly began asking around to see who could take in this family of five. Mom was feral, so she was released. But luckily stepped up even though she had a houseful of cats at the moment!

These hissy little guys were at the perfect socialization age and came around quickly. We are so grateful we were able to get them off of the street!

We have exciting news! 😻 TippedEars and Cool Cat Collective have partnered together. is a boutique and art gallery located on Retro Row in Long Beach! Opening day is July 19 🥳

Cool Cat Collective has an amazing indoor catio space where they will house some of our adoptable cats and kittens so that you can go meet them in person while you shop!

We do need volunteers to assist with caring for the cats. Duties will include feeding, scooping boxes, socializing, and answering questions of potential adopters!

Hi, I’m Bazooka! I’m a little wild child who absolutely loves to play. After a good zoomie session, I like to curl up for a nice cuddle.

I have an old eye injury that makes me unique. It has completely healed, so it won’t cause me any issues in the future. I just look a little different!

I’m outgoing, fun, and friendly! I’m a ball of energy, so I do need another feline friend in the home.
