When I realized it was time to take control of my health and start my fitness journey, I found out that I wasnโt even healthy enough for weight loss surgery.
I first started with weight watchers and walking. I got my diet under control and had lost about 110lbs. I was finally ready for something to help me continue my fitness journey at the next level and went to ALPINE FBBC. At first, I wasnโt sure I could even attempt it. However, when I arrived I met coach Andrew and he gave me the confidence I needed and believed in me from day one. After our initial meeting, I was excited to start and showed up the next day to workout. I have been hooked ever since and will be celebrating 2 years at FBBC this month!
I cannot even begin to explain how much the coaches and FitBody family are the absolute best there is! I was never embarrassed and they have given me support and encouragement from day 1.
In 2018-19 the last recorded weight I have is 339. Today I was 156. If you have a single doubt, DONโT!! You will not find a better group of people and I am now so proud to call them friends! Iโm off 95% of the prescription drugs I used to take, I am diabetes free and was able to avoid a shunt for dialysis because my kidneys are now working almost perfect!
