Dennis Carpenter has been reproducing quality O.E.M. restoration parts for classic 1939-1964 Ford tractors since 1999 and we are proud that many of those parts are officially licensed by Ford Motor Company. Our big secret for making quality reproduction parts is simple, we start with the highest quality materials and use our 45 years of manufacturing experience to make sure the part is made right, fits right and lasts longer.

For instance, we make our emblems using high quality acrylic plastic to make them stronger and clearer. We make our tread plate steel parts using durable powder coated finishes to make them last longer. Our NAA running boards with integral tool box are built from square tread plate steel like the originals and are skillfully manufactured at our facility in Concord, NC., the very same place where we manufacture over eleven thousand other kinds of top quality Ford tractor, Ford car and pickup restoration parts.

In 1990 Dennis Carpenter began reproducing restoration parts for 1936-65 Cushman Motor Scooters. With mass production machinery and personnel already in place from our Ford parts manufacturing division, the decision to begin manufacturing Cushman parts was an easy and natural step.

Like all Dennis Carpenter products we strive to make the highest quality parts on the market.For example, we use original Cushman tooling to stamp out fender blanks from 18 gauge steel.

Likewise, our New Replacement carburetors not only look like the original, they are easily installed for performance and reliability right out of the box.

Our Cushman step-thru steel bodies are formed, fabricated and spot welded the same way they were done at the Cushman Motor Works factory in Lincoln, Nebraska decades ago. Dennis Carpenter offers classic 1946-1948 50 Series bodies and 1949-1953 60 Series bodies, both styles available with standard trunk lids or optional buddy seat configuration.
