You're NOT alone if you're struggling with fertility or family building.
Come find a group of people who understand and can help provide support and resources. π§‘
All of our groups are free, virtual, and peer-led by someone who has experienced that particular family building challenge.
This week we have a group meeting on the topics of donor conception and pregnancy loss, as well as a meditation to help calm you if you're feeling stressed out about the election.
In addition to these groups, we have many other groups that meet throughout the month. You can view our full group list on our website.

The government has NO BUSINESS EVER having ANY say when it comes to when, if, and how we choose to get pregnant. β
Now more than ever, it's important for us to fight for our reproductive freedoms and for everyone to have access to the healthcare and resources they need when trying to build their families.
Are you feeling stressed about the upcoming election and its implications for reproductive health? We understand. π§‘
Carissa Spada, AllPaths Mindfulness During Family Building Support Group leader is going to host a special one hour support session for anyone who is looking to release tension and find calm amidst the emotional landscape of Election Day.
This year's election season has been especially triggering and frustrating for our community. Whether youβre feeling anxious, hopeful, or anything in between, this session is an opportunity to take a moment for reflection and connection.
This free, virtual event is happening November 5th from 12-1PM EST and is open to our entire AllPaths community.

If you're considering adoption, we'd like to invite you to attend a meeting of our adoption support group. This free, virtual group is open to anyone considering or already going through the adoption process.
Hear from others who have experienced adoption, ask questions, and receive support.
You can also browse our resource library under the topic of adoption to hear family building stories and get advice and information. π
