I am slightly embarrassed to say that this is the first hair photo on my phone since January 🫣 my kid has taken over my camera roll.

To some this “transformation” may not seem like much, but those roots 😅 she is DARK & wants to be bright and light and that hair is ✨T H I C K✨I can not foil her in under an hours time. I’ve tried several ways and techniques but it just ain’t happening in less than an hour (and I’m fast at foiling). So to get her light and not have warmth is a challenge! But I have finally found a formula I am happy with and my client absolutely loves her hair. We also did a good cut because it was dragging her down!

My top priority with blondes is maintaining the integrity of the hair and having a client leave with soft healthy hair that they love!

We strive for excellence & today we achieved that!
If you have set foot in our salon you know we keep it in top notch shape and it is always clean and neat. I am also one of those people who is ALWAYS in competition with myself. I am constantly pushing myself to be better than I was and to say each year I have tried to make my salon absolutely perfect is an understatement. Celebrating 8 Years of Success in 2023
Looking back on the past eight years, I am grateful for all the wonderful opportunities that have come my way. However, this year holds a special place in my heart as I became a mother and was able to take a well-deserved maternity leave to spend time with my little one. The overwhelming support from my clients upon my return made me realize that building quality relationships is the true essence of my job.
Ainsley has been an incredible asset to my career as well! She has proven to be an exceptional assistant and is quickly becoming an outstanding stylist! Witnessing her growth and the development of her client base this year has been truly inspirational.
Beyond hair styling behind the chair, I had the privilege of working with some amazing brides in 2023 and am excited to expand my wedding connections with 11 weddings already lined up for 2024.
I am truly blessed to have such wonderful clients and brides, and I am grateful for the role they’ve played in making me the stylist, friend, and mother I am today. Here’s to another year behind the chair!

Happy Thanksgiving!

This year I am extra grateful for my wonderful clientele who have shown me so much love as I navigate this new season of motherhood. Being able to cut back a little behind the chair has been a big blessing so that able to spend it with the cutest little boy 🫶🏼

I am also extra thankful for for being able to take on some of my clients to help relieve my schedule.

This life is truly a blessing and I so thankful to spend with with my family and friends!

I never imagined in my career that i would have an assistant. Like EVER. Then I got pregnant and knew I couldn’t pull the long, double booked days by myself & this gem basically landed in my lap!
Not gonna lie, I was nervous at first. If you know me then you know I am SUPER independent - even if that means I wear myself thin 😅 so I was worried I wouldn’t “let go and let her do her assisting thing” and she would jump ship. But thank the Lord she trusted in me and has stood by my side for a whole year 🫶🏼
She started as the girl who I thought only spoke 10 words to basically my little sister who never stops talking 🤪 she has grown SO much in the last year. She has so much confidence & she is building a great clientele! I could not be more proud to say I work with her!

So here’s to Ainsley assisting me until I’m at least 80 🤪 because let’s be honest, I’d be lost without her now 🫶🏼

Yesterday I loved on my clients who is loosing her mother. She is having to watch her mother decline in health, knowing her days on earth are limited. It absolutely breaks my heart, especially considering at one point her mother was also my client. I am so thankful I have great memories with her (even if I met her after her dementia started - I will truly miss her wild stories she came up with )

After her appointment we shared a huge hug (& some tears). I know this must be an extremely hard time for her & sometimes you just need a hug & an ear to listen.

I have said it a million times, but I truly believe God led me to this career to be a light for people. To be the comfort for people. While some days this job is mentally exhausting, I know God put me here in this position to serve Him.
