Welcome back to school! At the start of a new year, it is developmentally normal for children and adolescents to experience feelings such as excitement and nervousness. In time, these emotions typically subside and kiddos adjust to their new academic environment. We wish you all the best this year!
If you notice that your child is displaying emotional or behavioral changes that concern you, please don't hesitate to reach out for help! Our clinicians are trained to assist youth with adjustment related challenges.
