We are a Mental Health Center that includes 3 psychiatric nurse practitioners and 9 therapists Personal Growth Counseling accepts all type of referrals.

Our services include psychiatric medication management and a variety of therapy services to address the needs of all age ranges and mental health needs. Our providers accept Medicare, TNCare, Tri Care, most insurances, and private payments.

Crystal recently graduated in August 2021 with her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University and is a member of the Neuroscience Education Institute which allows her to maintain up-to-date evidence-based knowledge facilitating exceptional care. Crystal offers psychiatric medication management at this time. She looks forward to serving the community she was born and raised in.
