This week at Fiola Miami we had the extreme honor to be the Florida launch for SGC wines from Bordeaux France. Co-hosted by Fiola owner Thomas Angelo and SGC Owners, Arnaud Christiaens and Fred Zantman, an exclusive group of guests, including Bacardi Limited’s Chairman of the Board, Facundo Bacardi, and Citadel’s Founder and CEO, Ken Griffin, enjoyed a six-course meal prepared by Executive Chef Daniel Ganem and his culinary team. Each course was meticulously paired with multiple vintages of the unique and elite wines of SGC.
It was truly an incredible experience for everyone that attended and a furtherance of the world-renowned wine program of Fiola Miami.

We are so honored to have Fiola Miami’s exclusive wine dinner series recognized by . Local owner, Thomas Angelo, along with executive chef, Daniel Ganem, and head sommelier Daniel Bishop, work tirelessly to curate the most spectacular and elevated wine dinners with the world’s most elite collaborators, hosting more than 80 wine dinners since opening in late 2018.
After a busy year in 2023, working not only with Gaja and Antinori but Vega Sicilia, Napa wineries Harlan and Bond, and other A-list wine brands, Fiola Miami will next host a “Quattro Mani Collaboration” on February 6 and 7. For two nights, Ristorante Due Camini’s Michelin-Starred Chef Domingo Schingaro will share the kitchen with Ganem, with wines from Antinori’s Tormaresca estate.
Other upcoming dinners include Biondi-Santi on Thursday, February 29th with Giampiero Bertolini, the CEO of Biondi-Santi; and Bodega Emilio Moro on Tuesday, March 12th with Alberto Moro, 4th generation family member.

Last week, we had the honor of hosting a spectacular wine dinner with Harlan Estate, one of the most prestigious and acclaimed wineries in Napa Valley. 🍷
Our guests were treated to a multicourse dinner, each dish expertly paired with two Harlan Estate (Magnum) vintages, three of which were rated 100 points by Robert Parker. The menu featured signature creations by Executive Chef Danny Ganem, such as Confit Squab with celery root crema and foie gras.
We want to thank for sharing their amazing wines with us, and our guests for joining us on yet another unforgettable culinary journey.

It is with tremendous pride and excitement that we announce our upcoming Quattro Mani “Four Hands” dinner collaboration on February 6th and 7th featuring two culinary masterminds: Fiola Miami’s Executive Chef Danny Ganem and Chef Domingo Schingaro of Due Camini, the MICHELIN-starred restaurant located within the internationally renowned Italian seaside resort, Borgo Egnazia.
Together, we have created a six-course menu that will wow and delight. An optional wine pairing featuring the wines of the Antinori family’s Tomaresca winery in Puglia will be available. Additionally guests will be treated to an aperitivo hour sponsored by Martini & Rossi.
