Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, providing a sanctuary for cancer patients and their caregivers. 🏨💕 With the intention to bring the patients together, this lodge not only offers personal living units but also shared dining facilities, meeting rooms, and a supportive community for those undergoing treatment. 🍽️🤝 Let's celebrate the resilience and strength of those affected by cancer. You know what day it is…Throwback Thursday! 🔙🌞 Allure by Windsor is a multifamily property that was built in 2017, and located at 6750 Congress Avenue in Boca Raton, FL. The project is a five building development with 282 luxury residential rental units carefully designed to maximize space and comfort.

Okan Tower foundation completed as of early Sunday morning. The pour consisted of 1,200 concrete trucks, with a crew of 300, pouring 400 cubic yards of concrete per hour.

The plan called for a total of 12,000 cubic yards of concrete weighing approximately 20,226,600 pounds, measuring 234 feet x 140 feet and 10-14 feet deep.

Cemex supplied the concrete from several plants in the area, with 6 concrete pumps located around the perimeter of the excavation to place the concrete.

A total of 2,300 tons (5,070,632 pounds) of high strength reinforcing steel provided by CMC was also placed in the foundation by shock contractor, the Moore Group.

Two 43-story towers are undergoing construction in downtown Miami! 🏙️🏗️ This 1.3 million-square-foot mixed-use building developed by The Namdar Group, plans for 1,394 residential units, 7,984 square feet of ground floor commercial space, and 336 vehicle parking spaces. Designed by our firm, Behar Font & Partners and contracted by John Moriarty & Associates.

Units will come in studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom options. Outdoor amenities will include a landscaped sun pool deck with synthetic turf lawn, a cabana area, covered and non-covered terrace spaces, and a bbq area. Indoor amenities will include a gym and fitness studio, game lounge, phone room, coworking lounge, library, bowling room, golf simulator room, kids room, music room, dog wash, office spaces, music and podcast room, and private meeting rooms.

The City of Miami approves developer plans for over 500 apartments near Metrorail station!

This 8-story urban development in the heart of Miami’s Overtown neighborhood will home over 900 individuals and allow an affordable alternative to transportation. Some amenities include an interior courtyard, yoga room, roof top pool deck and fire pit, lounge areas, and a fitness center.
