Today’s So proud to have work on such beautiful project! Please Take the Time to see this beautiful piece by this wonderful Artist - Melting for You is a piece that highlights the environmental threat of fast fashion.
From the toxic dyes used in the manufacturing to the landfill caused by unsold items, fast fashion is
playing a significant role in climate change, the rise of sea levels and pollution.
As a photographer and director working in fashion I feel partially responsible for the constant imagery that
is put out there instigating unconscious consumerism and its effect on our planet.
With this project, coming to life through the words of Sophie Leseberg Smith and the voice of Sunday, a
6 year old environmental activist from Hackney, east London, I aimed to motivate the viewer towards a
more conscious buying habit.
The piece has, at its core, a message. There is power in a small gesture, of something that seems
insignificant but can actually have a big impact.
It is our duty to take action - we owe this to our planet and future generations.

El usuario de Twitter Jesse Dietrich le preguntó a un veterinario cuál era la parte más difícil de su trabajo.
El especialista respondió sin dudar que lo más difícil para él era ver cómo los animales viejos o enfermos buscan a sus dueños con sus ojos antes de irse a dormir. El hecho es que el 90 % de los propietarios no quieren estar en una habitación con un animal moribundo. La gente se va para no ver morir a su mascota. Pero no se dan cuenta de que es en estos últimos momentos de vida cuando su mascota más los necesita.
Los veterinarios piden a los dueños que estén cerca de los animales hasta el final. ′′ Es inevitable que ellos mueran antes que tú. No olvides que tú eras el centro de su vida. Tal vez solo eran una parte de ti. Pero también son tu familia. No importa lo difícil que sea, no los dejes morir solos!
No los dejes morir en una habitación con un extraño en un lugar que no les gusta. Es muy doloroso para los veterinarios ver cómo las mascotas no pueden encontrar a su dueño durante los últimos minutos de su vida. No entienden por qué el dueño los dejó. Después de todo, necesitaban el consuelo de su dueño.
Los veterinarios hacen todo lo posible para que los animales no se asusten tanto, pero para la mascota ellos son completamente desconocidos. No seas cobarde porque es demasiado doloroso para ti. Piensa en la mascota. Soporta este dolor por el bien de ellos y acompáñalos hasta el final”.
