I am well into year 3 of owning my own massage and healing office, and I just want to say Thankyou! Thankyou to everyone who has ever come in for a service. Thankyou to all the people who have become monthly members. Thankyou to everyone who stops by a few times a year.

When I started this journey, I didn’t know how much I would be blessed by this adventure in self-employment. How much I would grow.

What’s the greatest gift healing has given me?

The freedom to continue stepping into the most authentic expression of beautiful, powerful me.

I’m grateful for healing the physical stuff —- the chronic infections, the menstrual dysfunction, the back pain.

I’m obviously super pleased that I do not let anxiety run my life anymore.

This morning, I tried something new.

I sat on my porch, with my morning coffee, and went inward. I asked my soul, and source/creator/god, and my healing team to help me quiet my mind and to put me in contact with “the void”

In this context “the void” is a place of emptiness that is a birthplace of creation. Pure potentiality available in every moment.

I had this soul-inspired idea —> that if I went to this void, and then asked my soul for guidance from this empty place of pure potential…. That there might be gifts and insight for me there.

So I tried, and honestly, my mind was chattering, and I didn’t get all that quiet. But I figured partway to the void was better than nothing, so I asked my questions anyway 🤗

And it was pretty amazing. I really did have a brand new insight that lit me up from the inside. It gave me hope, and inspiration, and a profound sense that all is well and I am enough.

And the moral of this story is that I tried something new, because I felt the nudge, because the universe was pointing me to it, because I was “in my knowing” that my soul was guiding me to it… And it was awesome.

I highly recommend following your own soul guidance and reveling in the gifts your own higher self is trying to give you 🙏

Freedom is a frequency thing. An energy thing.

I suspect I am not alone in desiring to maximize my sense of freedom in life. Freedom from fear, freedom from pain, freedom from controlling energies, and low frequencies generally. AND freedom to be the fullest expression of beautiful powerful ME in every moment.

I like to use phrase “I am Free. I am Free. I am free” to claim this energy in the manifest expression of my life. Words are powerful.

Claiming “I am free” tells the body: my soul runs this body, and freedom is my truth.

Energy healing is about more than managing symptoms. Yes, a powerful healing can relieve pain and headaches and stress, and illness and trauma. Energy healing can mend broken bones, and just about anything else — if that’s in alignment with your souls plan.

More than that though, energy healing can lift you, up in frequency, to a fuller manifest expression of your soul’s freedom. A freedom that always was and is and will be. But maybe we just forgot for a little while.
