This is a pair of shears I picked up and I am just saddened by the sharpening that has taken place. I get a lot of shears that look like this. As a Hairdresser of 46 years this is the reason I started sharpening. It is not necessary to sharpen this way. The person who did this has taken way too much metal from this shear. They just ground them down. And created a hard bevel in the edge of that blade. Just not right. Expensive shear or not. If your shears look like this. It’s time to find a new sharpener.
