So long story short, I found out 2 weeks ago the building I rent my studio space from was purchased by Broward Health. I finally get a letter saying the building was purchased and who it send rent checks too and some paperwork. Well yesterday I got a call saying they will not be renewing any leases in the building. They will be renovating and making it a medical building. My lease term was until the end of November. Well today I get an email stating the previous owner of the building didn’t do my paperwork correctly, so now I have to vacate my studio space by the end of May. Needless to say this is upsetting. It is what it is. It’s time to look forward and take the next steps. So in the meantime, if you are a client that was on the fence or still trying to figure out a date to shoot with me, now is the time to book. I’m hoping it’s not a long transition to a new location, but just in case, get your images done as soon as possible.

Im looking forward to the next chapter in my photography journey. LETS GO!
