Most gym goers are so quick to get straight to the intense part of their workouts and neglect static stretching or foam rolling. Why??? due to many reasons but one reason I hear a lot is not having enough time. Make time. Replace one session a week with just a 30-45 min recovery instead of going hard. Having tight/ stiff muscles and can lead to imbalances or injury while in a workout. Your body will thank you later. If you are looking to perform or feel and look better. DM Me.
