A Proud 3rd generation Realtor, Caryn Joined Keller Williams in 2003 following a career in Restaurant leadership, launch & operations. Her first year she earned Rookie of the Year and was based out of Columbus, Ohio. Following a move to Colorado, she was a top performing buyers agent for Pam Kiker, the owner of Colorado's largest KW office. Following her tenure there, she excelled in sales and was consistently a TOP 10 Producing agent in Denver, Colorado. In 2010 A move with her husband to Texas allowed her to step into a leadership role at KW in Amarillo, Texas, where she led and grew her office 2.5 times their size in 3 years.
In 2013 a move back to Denver presented a new opportunity to lead a market center and brought KW Avenues to Number 1 in market share in under two years.
in 2015 - 2020 Caryn led the Naperville, IL office During Caryn's tenure, KW Infinity in Naperville was recognized as the highest Grossing office in the Mid-American Region as well as the #1 KW office in Growth, Profitability, and Profit Share in the Midwest.

That didn’t happen by accident. That was completely intentional. I’ve prayed hard and worked my bootaye off, it took sweat and tears to get here.

I know, that this is a very high season for me. And i know one thing for sure. It’s that nothing is forever in life. I’m pretty sure life will present its challenges. And I will be ready to receive them, knowing that my faith, mindset, knowledge, past life experience, will get me through anything.

I check-in with myself every Friday. I rate all areas of my life. I see where my focus needs to be, then I go after it.

In the near past. I rated my physical health a 2, which affected my mental, which affected every other area in some capacity. So if you rate yourself less than an 8 in any area. Make a plan on what it would look like for you to make it a 10. Then go after it hard, and intentionally. Put all actions on your calendar, then execute.

I’m living my dream life friends and family. I give God all the glory, and know that I’m simply executing his plan for my life. I love you all ❤️😘

I really really wanted to climb up the 6 story high pole, the problem was that I had injured my shoulder badly just three weeks prior and it was going to take 3-6 months to fully heal. I couldn’t open jars, carry anything over 5lbs and I didn’t have range of motion. It hurt so badly to raise my hand. It was physically impossible to reach my goal that day. HOWEVER, if you know me, you know that I don’t ever pay attention to the odds against me lol 😉

As you can see by my facial expression in this pic. My mind was stronger than my body. I DID IT!! In severe pain, but I did it!!!

Today I want to honor and love the woman in the picture, I’m inspired by her determination, her will and desire to push and to keep going. She is courageous and pushes past fear on a daily basis. That woman is me ☺️☺️☺️ In order for me to fully love anyone else, I had to learn to deeply and unconditionally love myself first 💕💕💕
