A little back story... this sale holds a special place in my heart. Most people don’t realize how difficult and competitive real estate is. With inventory so low getting a listing in our market is very difficult for a new agent like myself, most people considering selling right now are interviewing multiple agents to sell their house. From meeting with my clients and winning them at the table in there very beginning, all the way through the negotiations and the close of escrow, I handled everything myself. Not only did our client net $20,000 more than asking price, but we increased his bottom line by $4,000 through negotiations and to close. It’s crazy to finally be in a position to be able to advise my clients and guide them through the successful selling process. It seemed so foreign for so long to be a listing agent. It’s been a long road of reading, studying, practicing, learning, and practicing more, it’s finally starting to pay off!
