What exactly does that mean? I eat “healthy”

To some culture it could just mean a full healing plate of food

To other it might mean eating a few salads a week

To myself snd my clients it means eating with specific intentions to accomplish certain results within a period of time

People often feel that just by making a few random health-ier decisions that they are in the clear.
