The 2024-25 season has officially come to an end!

Reminiscing to some special moments that this group has been able to experience this year! They have shown where true grit and dedication can take you beyond doubt. This team is truly one of a kind and this is only the beginning for us.

Huge congrats to our 2nd years on graduating from OCC! We are so beyond proud of all you’ve accomplished and achieved through this program. This is only the beginning towards a bright future ahead!!! We love you 11🧡

Our final graduating spotlight, introducing Chloe Aguire!

What is your favorite memory/miss the most being on the team?
“My favorite memory this year was being on stage for awards at nationals. We were all squeezing each other’s hands so tight, as each placement was being called. When we realized we placed 3rd for jazz, Renee turned around and tears just flooded down her face. It was an unforgettable moment..we knew that all of our hard work had payed off and we left everything on the floor.”

What are your future plans after OCC?
“I plan to transfer to a 4 year university as a Nursing Major and my goal is to become an aesthetic nurse!”

“I would love to thank my mom and dad for always believing and being there for me throughout my journey here at OCC! And of course Britt and Jenna for being the best coaches! They both have pushed me to my fullest potential and I am forever grateful. I wouldn’t be where I am today without both of their love and support and helping me grow as a dancer.”

Our next graduating spotlight, introducing Ella Robles!

What is your favorite memory/miss the most being on the team?
“My favorite memory being on OCC dance team is our practice at Dance Mania before prelims when Brittanee told us how proud she was of all our hard work. We all sat together and cried and were able to be so proud of ourselves and everyone around us. I will miss spending almost every day with my teammates so so much. I am beyond thankful for the lifelong friends I have made while being on the team.”

“I would like to thank my mom and stepdad for always supporting me in everything I do and cheering me on no matter what. I am also so thankful for the all the love from my siblings. I would not be where I am today without all my past coaches, teachers, and dance family I have made the last 18 years. Lastly, I am so beyond thankful to Jenna and Brittanee for never giving up on our team and making even the most excruciating 5 am practices into something so fun and fulfilling!!” -Ella

Our next graduating spotlight, introducing Arisa Nezu!

What is your favorite memory/miss the most being on the team?
“Competing in Florida as a part of OCC dance team is my favorite memory, but also I will never forget the moment that I was welcomed to this team for the first time. That was the beginning of a whole new experience. I will miss being surrounded by hard-working people like all of my teammates. They made every practice enjoyable even at 5 am practices!”

What are your future plans after OCC?
“I am going to transfer to a 4 year university to pursue a bachelor’s degree in business management and plan on learning more about the real estate industry. I also want to be able to encourage more kids in Japan to study abroad as I was able to have the most memorable experiences and opportunities.”

“I want to thank my family for allowing me to continue my journey and always listening to my voice. I would not be who I am today without all the effort and love they give me. I also want to thank our coach Britt for always pushing me throughout the past three years. Her dedication and passion taught me how to be a better dancer to keep improving. I am very grateful that I got to dance under her team.” -Arisa
