Share Our Selves was honored to host OC Supervisor Katrina Foley, at our First in Family Graduation Reception! 🎓✨ Her inspiring words made an impression on our scholars. Thank you for your support in empowering our scholarship recipients and advocating for educational opportunities.
From the joyous smiles to the heartfelt speeches, this event was a celebration of the remarkable achievements of our scholarship recipients. We honored 29 outstanding students from Back Bay High School, Costa Mesa High School, and Estancia High School who were awarded scholarships as part of our First in Family College Readiness Program.
Not only did these deserving students receive financial support, but they were also equipped with essential resources for their academic journey. Each recipient received a laptop, backpack filled with school supplies, toiletry kit, monetary gift cards for book assistance and living supplies, and a collegiate sweatshirt representing their new university. 💼📚🎒
We extend our sincere gratitude to our generous donors and sponsors who made this possible. Special thanks to Volcom for their donation of backpacks, providing our students with the necessary tools for success.
