Long ago, I had a conversation with a famous baseball player. When the baseball was flying towards him at 50 miles or 70 miles per hour, he was able to slow his breath down. He was even able to see the spinning of the ball. He was able to catch the moment, and take the action. That is so cool! I said, well that is exactly what we are doing in Qigong. You slow your mind down. So even when there’s something speeding towards you, you are able to see it clearly.

No matter what happens, you are so peaceful, just like this swan. You are a beautiful swan, gliding along a crystal clear lake, in perfect peace and harmony with the universe.

Ancient Wisdom Wellness Center updated their address.

The article says 1989. We actually began in 1998. Wellness Center, School of Massage, massage, acupuncture, energy work, yoga, tai chi, Zumba and a gift store. Now at 10,000 clients and 300+ students enrolled over the years. Stephanie and I are still working with our own clients and I will be developing continuing education classes to offer Licensed Massage Therapists. But where one door closes another opens. We will be discontinuing the massage school after the current class graduates this fall. We want to thank everyone for all the support over the years and plan to continue offering our service. - Dennis

Ancient Wisdom expands, combines its two operations Ancient Wisdom Wellness Center and the College of Healing Arts has recently expanded its operation to 5,000 square feet and is marking the occasion with a grand opening Thursday.
