How would you describe the culture of your workplace?

What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness?
Flexibility with work hours and time-off benefits; promotion of our employee assistance program, including communication of weekly wellness sessions to boost emotional health and wellness; promotion of Virgin Pulse wellness platform and Wellness Wednesday webinars; and Stretch & Flex.

What role does diversity, equity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions?
Critical to hiring and promotion decisions, efforts have successfully focused on increasing the number of women and persons of color at Pariseault. We established formal development programs for positions to support a consistent high-trust workplace experience and opportunity for all.

A big thank you to the Scalora Consulting Group for hosting an amazing golf outing benefiting The Helping Hand Fund. It was a beautiful day at the beautiful Red Tail Golf Club in Devens, MA. All proceeds raised will benefit the Lung Cancer Research Foundation in memory of Jen Cipriani. We're already looking forward to next year!

Pariseault is extremely excited to officially join NEHES and it's Rhode Island Chapter, RIHES. We can't wait to engage in some of the great events and learning activities while interacting with the amazing individuals responsible for the environments of patient care across New England.

A big thanks to our client Isabellenhütte USA for letting Design Imaging Studios come in and snap some progress photos of our crew. The project is looking great and we can't wait to show off the finished product!

Pariseault is proud to break ground this Friday and begin construction on the new extension of Achievement First ILUMINAR in Cranston, RI. This extension will provide students with a state-of-the-art gym, enrichment classrooms, and green spaces.

Pariseault’s very own Dan Buttner will be presenting at the upcoming RI Healthcare Engineers Society meeting at High Purity New England in Smithfield, RI. It’s going to be all about how the project team transformed an aging building into a cutting-edge bio-pharma manufacturing facility and there will be a tour after the presentation. ASHE, the American Society for Health Care Engineering of the American Hospital Association, has approved 1.0 contact hour (1.0 CEC) for this presentation.

Isabellenhütte USA is a valued science & tech client that deals in high-current sensing measurement solutions for automotive, energy, and industrial automation. They recently purchased this 10,000 sf building and are transforming it from an old pool hall into their North American Headquarters. Pariseault joined this client during the preconstruction effort to help guide the design to meet their approved budget and now we're off and running! Can't wait to see the finished product....stay tuned.

Another awesome event our team hosted for Women in Construction Week was a site visit to Ocean State Veterinary Specialists to show off our progress on this Veterinary Hospital Expansion & Renovation in East Greenwich. Even in the rain, we had a great turnout from both PBI and OSVS staff. A big thanks to the project team and to this fantastic client!

Having quality sports facilities in schools is incredibly important. They assist children in developing critical life skills including leadership, perseverance, teamwork, and interpersonal communication.

Pariseault did a lot for Women in Construction week, but one of the highlights was sending a crew to help build and raise some walls for South County Habitat for Humanity. Braving the elements, the Pariseault team members made a difference and made us proud!
