CareOne at Parsippany Assisted Living recently hosted a "Make Your Own Slime" activity, and it was a blast! Our wonderful volunteers came in and showed our residents how to make their favorite slime creations. 🧪

Intergenerational activities like this are so important to our residents, and learning about trendy slime was definitely one for the books!

Today, we bid a heartfelt farewell to Rachel Yerokun, our exceptional Director of Nursing, who has been a dedicated member of the CareOne family for over a decade! Rachel’s journey with us has been nothing short of inspiring. She began her career as a CNA at CareOne at Randolph and, through her unwavering dedication and hard work, rose to become a Director of Nursing at CareOne at Newton!

Rachel said, "I am eternally grateful for the amount of support I've received over the years starting as a CNA and working my way up to a Director of Nursing. Lastly and most importantly, the fact that CareOne has been my second family and I'm going to miss that the most."

Rachel, your compassion, leadership, and commitment have touched the lives of so many. You will be deeply missed by your CareOne family! Thank you for your years of service and for making a lasting impact on all of us. We wish you nothing but success and happiness in your future endeavors.

We are thrilled to share the heartwarming story of Adele K. and Marie W., our two adorable rehab stars! Both 96 years young and born in October, Adele and Marie have become inseparable during their time in rehab at CareOne at Hanover.

Their incredible bond and determination have made them stronger each day. They’re like family now, and we couldn’t be prouder of their progress and friendship.

We celebrated an AMAZING milestone at CareOne at Evesham Assisted Living this week as residents Ed and Betty Young marked their 75th wedding anniversary on June 11th! What a weekend! This weekend, Care One Hamilton hosted their second annual Italian American Feast of Lights Festival! Every year, they bring this joyous event to the community and their families. With the help of other talented CareOne chefs, they served a fabulous menu featuring meatballs, spaghetti, Italian sausage, and hot dogs! 🍝🌭 We also had a DJ and a face painter to keep the fun going.
