Great product - I use it whenever possible (weather permitting).
The assembly took about 1.5 hrs and then I seasoned the cooking surface with canola oil - I chose this type of oil after reading multiple reviews online (some people go with just bacon fat, others with more expensive oils).
Nevertheless, if you are looking to replace your old grill or to add a griddle into your outdoor kitchen collection - do not hesitate - Blackstone - highly recommended.

I recommend Blackstone Griddles for several reasons. From the beginning they are packaged very well, great instructions & very easy to put together. I have had my 4 burner for 9 months & absolutely love it. Matter of fact I have ordered the 2 burner to use on the go. I can't wait!

Purchased this griddle for use while camping. Wow am I glad I decided to buy this griddle! No major assembly, and really no tools needed outside of a wrench to tighten a few bolts. Outstanding results. Easy to use. Easy to clean. What I really love about this unit is that the legs fold making it easy to store. I highly recommend this griddle.
