We did it. Annual Murph Workout completed. A challenge, but so worth it.
Murph is a Hero workout in memory of US Navy Seal Lt Michael Murphy, who died in the line of duty in Afghanistan on June 28,2005.

This verse had been placed on my heart a couple years ago and when the gym ownership opportunity arose I was reminded of this verse. I knew the only way I could successfully take over the gym was with the coaches and members support and they were all there supporting me. They are the reason we are stronger than ever.
