📢👕 Do you have a 3rd-5th grader? Have them enter a design for the National Night Out t-shirt contest with the Crystal Lake Police Department! Submissions are due by June 30th to Officer Kris at [email protected]. If their artwork is chosen, they'll not only get their design printed on the t-shirts, but they'll also get to ride to school in a police car! 🚔✨

On May 16th, West was excited to have the Crystal Lake Central senior graduates walk through West! It was even more amazing because Mrs. Cruz had the honor of leading the walk with her son, Logan! Our para, Mrs. Gough, also got to clap for her daughter, Shaylee, as she walked through West. It was a wonderful day and all the students loved seeing and clapping for all the seniors! 💙🎓👏🏻💛

5TH GRADE CLAP OUT ON THURSDAY, MAY 23RD AT 2:15 PM

The 5th grade clap out will start at 2:15 pm. At this time, the students will walk through the building and then come out door 12 that leads to the blacktop/playground. Parents should arrive, park and be on the blacktop by 2:15 pm to see your student walk out of the building. After the clap-out, there will be time for photos and hugs. Students are allowed to leave after the Clap Out with their families. Please make sure you sign your student out with their teacher before you leave. After signing out, you are welcome to head to the front of the school to take photos under the 5th grade banner. Remember, our last day is Friday and dismissal is at 10:30 am.

4th grade firld trip to the Nature Center! 💙💛

At the beginning of May, the 4th graders had a great time at the newly renovated Nature Center!! 💙💛

The last 2 Fridays, students turned in their Paw Prides to do some fun things with the Principals! They love to go behind the scenes, draw on the windows, play a board game, read a book, have a rock star lunch plus many other fun things! What a great way to finish out the year! 💙💛
