Hello fit fam! After a long break we’re back in Gainesville! We visited NC for the holidays and are getting back into the gym after taking 3-4 weeks off! I haven’t taken such a large break in two years but with muscle memory, in about 2 weeks of training I should be back to where I was and making gains again! We’re currently 1 week of training down in the books!

3 months into the bulk and still going strong! Feel good and hitting the sauna!
Sauna helps with hgh production, a little cardio, gets blood flowing well, helps fight brain disease, activates foxo3 longevity gene, helps against depression, helps with acne, helps with aches, pains and soreness and creates heat shock proteins and more white blood cells!

Quick tip: Keto breakfasts have been found to greatly help with reducing body fat and waistline and helps more with muscle gain than intermittent fasting!
This is due to the long overnight fast you have while you sleep putting your body in fat burning mode in the morning! I’ve been doing this from my lean bulk and have been gaining weight but feeling leaner! Give it a try and let me know what you think!

Ohp 115 for 9 reps! Strength slowly starting to come back a bit! 1 month into the lean bulk and up about 4 lbs! Mostly glycogen and water filling the muscles back up!
