How about cheap school lunch!
My son is in kindergarten and this morning he asked if he can have a homemade lunchable!
Of course you can!
I used the little cup that comes with NyQuil to make circles out of honey ham slices, Kraft singles (his favorite) and some ritz crackers! Just put it in a little container and good to go!
As he was in the other room putting on his shoes, he yells "moooommm don't forget that lunchables come with a piece of candy!!"

Spinach Stuffed Chicken!

In bowl mix:
4 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp mayo
1/4 tsp salt
2 minced garlic cloves
Mash together
In same bowl add:
1 1/2 cup chopped baby spinach
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesian cheese
Mix again

Slit chicken breasts, not all the way through
Fill chicken breasts with spinach mixture
Seal chicken with toothpicks to prevent the mixture to melt all over
Season both sides of chicken with:
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika

In frying pan on medium heat, cook chicken with olive oil 4 mins each side
Bake in oven for 10-15 mins to cook all the way

Preheat oven to 425

Mississippi Pot Roast tacos 🤤

- Chuck roast,
-Au jus packet seasoning
-ranch packet seasoning
-1/4 stick of butter
-jar of peperoncinis
-corn tortillas
-1 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese. 💃🏽💃🏽

Zucchini Pizza Bites
Ingredients:
2 medium zucchinis
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional toppings: mini pepperoni slices, sliced olives, diced bell peppers, etc.
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 425ºF (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
Wash the zucchinis and cut them into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Place the zucchini rounds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Spread about 1 teaspoon of marinara sauce onto each zucchini round, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the marinara sauce, followed by grated Parmesan cheese.
Season the zucchini pizza bites with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
If desired, add your favorite pizza toppings such as mini pepperoni slices, sliced olives, diced bell peppers, etc.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the zucchini is tender.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

I cheat and buy bushes baked beans lol
I take about half a pound of ground beef and fry it with some Worcestershire sauce.... Brown sugar .. onion & herb seasoning and minced onions
Make sure to smash your burger into tiny little pieces ... Once your burger is done ... Add it in a pan with your beans ... Add chopped onions and green bell peppers
Give a good stir and bake on 375 for 30 minutes (roughly)

Kentucky Butter Cake 🍰

A buttery, moist vanilla pound cake soaked in a rich, sweet butter sauce. Yes, it's as delicious as it sounds!

Ingredients:

**For the Cake:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

**For the Butter Glaze:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons brandy (or water)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

1. **Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease and flour or spray a 10-inch Bundt cake pan (12 cups).

2. **Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

3. **Cream Butter and Sugar:
- Using a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment or a hand mixer, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, approximately 5 minutes.

4. **Prepare Buttermilk Mixture:
- Mix milk and vinegar together in a separate small bowl or measuring cup.

5. **Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
- Add the eggs one at a time to the butter mixture, stirring just until incorporated. Stir in the vanilla.
- Stir in the buttermilk mixture and dry ingredients in intervals, alternating between the two, stirring just until combined. Scrape down the bowl and be**er as needed.

6. **Bake the Cake:
- Spoon the batter into the prepared Bundt pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Do not remove from the pan.

7. **Prepare Cake for Glaze:
- Poke holes in the butter cake using the smaller end of a chopstick or a similar-sized instrument, going close but not all the way through to the bottom.

8. **Make the Butter Glaze:
- In a small saucepan, add sugar, butter, and brandy. Place over medium-low heat and stir frequently until melted. Do not allow it to boil. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla. Reserve 1/3 cup of the butter glaze.

9. **Apply the Glaze:
- Slowly and carefully pour the glaze over the poked holes. Allow the cake to cool on a wire cooling rack for 30 minutes from the time it is removed from the oven to the time it is inverted. Once inverted and cooled, gently brush the remaining glaze over the top of the cake.

Enhance your grilled meat with these top-notch homemade dry rubs that infuse incredible flavor.

Pork Rub:
- 1/2 tbsp Thyme
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Celery Salt
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Garlic Salt
- 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Kosher Salt
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 2 tbsp Dried Mustard
- 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/3 cup Light Brown Sugar

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then store in a dry, cool place. Use 1/4 cup per pound of meat.

Brisket Rub:
- 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 tbsp Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar

Mix ingredients and store as above. Use 1 to 2 tablespoons per pound of meat.

Smoked Chicken Rub:
- 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cumin

Combine and store in a cool, dark place. Use on chicken by massaging onto the meat before cooking.
