Proud to say,we still Dry-age and Hand Cut our steaks on the
premises. In 1931 ,my Uncle Joe Petrelli opened Petrelli"s
Airport Cafe . Numerous members of the Petrelli family,
including my father George Petrelli,immigrated from Italy and
worked hard at Joe Petrelli"s Steakhouse for decades .My
dad carried on his Uncle"s legacy ,and in 1995 opened
George Petrelli"s Steakhouse.

Last April, we made several additions and enhancements to our infrastructure .Our top priority has and always will be to ensure the Health and Safety of our staff and patrons. Although our staff has been vaccinated ,our servers will resume wearing their face shields along with their face masks.
