Dear Marie’s Customers..
We are writing this letter to all of you to make you aware of the price changes that we are forced to make. We realize that this is normal for most businesses, but it is really hard for us. We LOVE Marie’s so very much and we LOVE LOVE our community and we LOVE LOVE LOVE our customers!
So many of you have been with us (and stuck with us) from our humble beginnings, through our growth and expansions, and even Covid. We have expanded our menu offerings and raised a few prices here and there.. but these past few years have been the hardest. We want to be completely transparent with all of you because as you visit other small businesses in our community, we want you to be aware of what they are dealing with too.
First of all, our food prices across the board have increased on average 22%. Our paper products, in some cases 75%. The disposable gloves we use to keep you safe went from $28.00 a case to $80.00 aase! I am sure you are all aware of this every time you go to the grocery store . We have thus far absorbed these costs without raising prices, but we have just been made aware that our credit card processing fees will be raised again as of September 1. This might shock you, because it shocks us every month, but we paid a little over $90,000.00 in credit card processing fees last year .. yes you read that right. Our processing company has offered us to use their services to charge you a 3% fee on your purchase.. which after reading all the fine print is just more restrictions and regulations.. , making our heads hurt.. (: Oh.. and they want to charge us for that service too …geeze… You have probably been seeing this fee on your bills at other restaurants. We don’t want to do that. So we have decided that we would rather raise our prices by a small percentage to offset these fees and offer a small discount for those of you who want to use cash.. you know that green stuff we used to carry in our wallets.. guess we will have to teach the younger generation how to give change.. lol…
We have never and will never compromise on the quality of the food we prepare for you. We could save a lot of money by using a cheap oil blend in our pizza dough instead of good olive oil or cheaper pressed and formed hams..etc. but Marie’s has never been about the money for us. It has always been about good quality food, wonderful service and of course making you feel special when you come through our doors. That will never change. These changes will go into effect on September 1.

Each apple has the information for sizing, some preferences and some favorites for a child in one of our programs.
You can pick a child (or more than one) to purchase a new outfit, socks, and un**es for.
There are also tags you can choose from if you’d like to buy shoes or get a gift card.
(Then our team will do the shopping.).
Once you have purchased the items, you drop them back off in the box here at Marie’s with the enclosed tags) attached to the bags
