Next up, we would like to present ✨🎨
Diane White is a self-taught artist who loves reading about painting techniques, taking online and in-person classes and soaking everything in by painting with other artists. She’s made acrylic skins for use in her work, tried plein air painting, and honed her skills on painting florals and landscapes.
A resident of Southampton and a member of the Southampton Artists Association, the Artists Alliance of East Hampton, the Watermill Museum, and Guild Hall, Diane's works have been exhibited throughout New York state, including the Southampton Cultural Center, Guild Hall in East Hampton, Ashawagh Hall in Springs, and ARTRemsenburg at the Academy.

Last but certainly not least of *New Releases* is our 2023 White Meritage!
Last created in 2014, this blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Semillon and 10% Chardonnay is made almost wholly from the founding block of vines on Long Island.
After 50 years, they are still producing bright and complex wines.
On the nose, this wine has bright, juicy notes of pear & honeysuckle, a well-balanced minerality and dry on the palate with flavors of honeydew & kiwi, leading to a lingering finish.

IT'S HERE!! The highly anticipated, long awaited White Merlot is on the shelf, just in time for the 4th of July!
This was Allissa's favorite wine of the 2023 vintage, and to make it even more spectacular, our in-house artist Mary Twomey designed the most perfect label in her unique and creative style.
We are calling the White Merlot "Legacy" to celebrate 25 years of Borghese Vineyard ownership with second generation owner Giovanni Borghese at the helm.

We would like to take a moment to acknowledge our GM, Evie Kahn.
Today she is celebrating her 15 year anniversary here at Borghese, and we could not be more proud to have her as part of our family, or more grateful for her constant hard work and dedication these last 15 years. Cheers to all the years to come ✨🥂We love you Evie!! 💕💖💕

"My recent work is a response to the basic elements in nature: water, earth, air and fire. The pieces on display at Borghese Vineyard mostly relate to water.
The interplay of ink, color and mark making excites me and I feel the need to create visually complex images open to personal interpretation. I use a variety of printmaking techniques such as linocut, monotype, solar plate etching and collagraph in my art work. I may use one technique or combine a few to achieve a layered effect.”
We are so lucky to have such a talented artist on our team! From creating the label artwork on a few of our wines, to the mural on the side of the building, hand-painting beautiful bottles, to being featured in the gallery; she certainly is a gift! 💝
