From the first time I saw her when she was in elementary and came to her moms hair appointment to gearing up for her first year of college… time flies! It’s crazy to watch your clients that were just little kiddos the first time you met them grow into young adults who are about to make their mark on the world. One of the perks of my job is to watch people grow and evolve year after year. Blessed to do what I love and proud to be a very small part of their journey in life! This is my FOURTH year in a row to help a family in need during the holidays! I am so blessed and grateful that I get to give back to people in our community every year. I am a bit behind so the raffle isn’t as big as it usually is, however, all of these items have been donated to my raffle to help me raise money to provide Christmas gifts, food, fuel, etc. to someone who could use a little help this year. 🔑KNOW WHEN TO CHANGE YOUR CLIENTS BASE COLOR AND WHEN NOT TO CHANGE YOUR CLIENTS BASE COLOR!!! 🔑 Stop being scared to upset them when you tell them what is or isn’t realistic and/or possible. You are the professional, give them all of the information (good and bad) and offer similar alternatives. Don’t sugar coat it or lie just to make the buck… it is not worth it in the end! Earn your clients trust by being knowledgeable and educating them about their hair!!!! It will go a LONG way in your career and help you keep a steady and happy clientele. 🖤 I’m off my Thursday morning soapbox now! 😅👏🏻
