World Championship week we have teamed up with our KA Hamilton Mill school and will host classes for both locations here at KA Dacula on Monday-Wednesday with A mixed group of staff and instructors and KA Hamilton Mill will host classes Thursday-Saturday. The Hamilton Mill school is only 20 minutes away from our location so feel free to train here and there and meet some new friends and instructors! The schedule for that week is listed on our July calendar below.

Splash Attack is back baby! Invite A friend to come train in class with you. When that friend enrolls in A trial program the student will get to attack their favorite instructor with the Spyra Summer warrior prize before it's awarded to A student!!! Don't miss out and look for the best classes to invite A friend, family member, or guest!

Just as A reminder, during the summer All students are required to wear KA or ATA Apparel, T-shirts, shorts, uniforms, sparring gear, and weapons. Students who do not have the correct KA or ATA equipment and uniforms will not be allowed to train. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Summer is also A perfect time to up your training with Private lessons! Ask Mr. Van Eck & Ms. Ratani about Private lesson cards and packages!

That’s a wrap on our summer training camps for 2024! These students rocked it ! Over 500 push-ups, sit ups, jump ropes, and over 1000 kicks this week with 25 hours of work ! Great job y’all

Marvelous Monday KA family!
Congrats to all of our color belt te**es & our black belt midterms! This was one of the first testings in A long time where we had everyone pass testing and everyone made hit very difficult to decide who our top gun ranks were!
Don't forget about that summer warrior challenge! No Summer Slackers here, only warriors! Our summer warriors showed up this Saturday for our father's day warrior workout! Those families earned their bonus 10 tickets! As A thank you all of our warrior fathers can jump in and train in our adult class for free the rest of June! If you missed out and still want to earn your bonus tickets, be sure to ask dad to come to one of our father's day workouts!

We kick off week 3 of our training cycle (Week 2 for white belts) with focusing on building those basic techniques up for our new forms and our weapons! Students should be earning those green stripes as we shift to focus on sparring and self defense!

Don’t forget about our next training weapons!
Leadership, Black belts, and Adults are training with the Bo staff. Low Rank Jrs and Tigers will be training with the nunchucks! High rank color belts will be training with double nunchucks. Don’t have your own yet!? Be sure to order them from us with testing so you have them ASAP and you’re ready to train next week!

Ever want to work on your leadership skills by leading by example? We have A new training opportunity for current Leadership students that will help students learn to be A mentor and leader for the next wave of Martial artists and champions! Ask at the front counter about our Jr. Legacy program.
Legacy programs offer the skills to take your martial arts training and apply it as A leader to help bolster your leadership skills giving all the skills to become A martial arts instructor and leader on and off the mat. In the legacy program students may collar test and certify as instructors starting at 13. We have had multiple students asking how they can help if they are younger than 13 and new we have A new system to help promote those skills with our SWAT & DELTA patches! See the front counter for details and ask how your student can start this amazing training to amplify those leadership life skills on and off the mat!

Ever thought of starting your martial arts journey as an adult? Dip your toes into the training with our amazing Kickboxing, self defense, and fitness class! This is A great way to help get in shape or start your martial arts journey at your own pace! We have our Self defense and kickboxing class for adult students. No uniform required come in and kickstart your fitness while learning some basic self defense in A fun go-at-your-own pace kickboxing workout! Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:15!

Get prepared for District championships, world Championships or jump start your training for next tournament season with some elite level training. After Memorial Day Tuesday we start with Traditional forms and weapons, Wednesday we focus on Sparring and Combat sparring, Thursday we dive into Xtreme & Creative, and Friday we finish with Strength, Agility, and Conditioning training to help be the champion you deserver to be! You can register for 1 day of camp or the whole 4 days with A discount!
