This custom-built 24'x24' garage was designed to be identical to the client's home, from the roof style and pitch, to the colour scheme and siding selections. From excavation to final inspection, it was completed in two weeks in 40+ degree temperatures!

5' tall at the front and 4' at the back, there is enough height for garbage cans, recycling bins, and shelving for additional bins.

This single car garage was built on the same footprint as the original 1940s structure, which sat 18" from the property line.

The old pad, with footings made of boulders surrounded in concrete, was removed and a new pad installed on the 3' slope.

The Victorian is always a charmer! In mahogany siding with an oversized roof, it's a perfect yard addition.

Importantly, the roof is done properly with metal valleys on each side of the dormer, just like a house, as this is where water will run.

A custom-built structure always fits perfectly! This 7'x17' Modern pool cabana houses all of the pool equipment, pool toys/accessories and a change room, with lots of space remaining for the lawn mower, gardening tools and patio furniture in winter. A gorgeous backyard retreat.

Stonebridge beauty! The Victorian was the perfect choice for the style of home and the neighbourhood. Backing onto the golf course, critter proofing was critical. Nothing is burrowing under this garden shed!

The homeowner's plastic shed proved to be false economy. We removed his old shed and replaced it with this 10x16 Victorian with double French doors and 4 windows set high to allow lots of light inside, without losing wall space.
