We're celebrating the 10th anniversary of our facility program! 🐾 These special furry team members bring comfort to our patients by reducing anxiety, lowering blood pressure and making the hospital feel a little more like home. Thank you to our past, present and future dogs who help our patients, families and team members each day.

Fun fact: Did you know our therapy dogs are named by themed litters? We've got the Paw Patrol (Rex), Dunkin' Donuts (Caramel) and Horse (Canter) litters, just to name a few. This fun naming tradition helps ensure names aren’t duplicated and helps us tell which pups are siblings! 🐶🎈

Amairy and Brantley, two of our amazing patient ambassadors, had a blast cheering on some local high school football teams! 🏈

Have you seen our Children's Health Andrews Institute team at a game? This dedicated crew provides medical care for hundreds of fall sports practices, games and competitions weekly, to keep athletes safe and provide expert care when needed! 🎈

Our team members got an exclusive first look at the new campus expansion opening in December with an interactive scavenger hunt. We can feel the excitement! This expansion will provide even better care for our kids with strengthened specialty services and programs. 🎈

The members of the Children’s Health Build the Workforce, Lead and Learn, Advocate and Collaborate (BLAC) employee work group volunteered at the For Oak Cliff Back-to-School Festival. Together, they filled 3,000 backpacks with essential school supplies for the children in the community. We hope this helped start the school year off right!

Diagnosed with aortic stenosis just days after birth, her journey through heart surgery and our sports cardiology program is truly inspiring.
