Responsibilities and Duties:

The Associate will complete the following tasks:

• Bricking outdoor kitchens; building brick flowerbeds and privacy screens

• Installing stone siding around pergolas, spas

• Fencing in properties with cedar or CMU structures

• Painting and staining with commercial sprayers, brushes; performing exceptional prep work; cleaning up spills and stains

• Trimming and felling trees with pole saws, electric saws, driving dump trailer (Commercial Driver’s Licenses Required)

• Roofing structures with asphalt and metal covers

• Framing attached and detached structures including pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and roof extensions for patios

• Welding including stick welding gate braces and decorative gate hardware

• New irrigation system installations, add-ons and preforming irrigation system maintenance

• Installing low-voltage landscape lighting i.e. running 12/2 wire under concrete and burying; wiring lights to transformer and fixtures; placing lights aesthetically around sites

• Installing pavers per company standards

• Installing artificial turf per company standards

• Planting live plants including trees, flowers, shrubs incorporating water packing technique for every shrub; placing plants evenly throughout site and aesthetically in beds or yard

• Pouring concrete and finishing small jobs including patios, and footings

• Managing equipment inventory

• Occasionally purchasing and transporting materials

• Driving 3/4 ton truck

• Willingly sharing skills with other ETS personnel

• Following the instructions of the Foreman on ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• High school or higher education

• Reliable transportation on office at 7am beginning of work day

• 2+ years of experience in landscape construction

• Experience working independently or owning a company is a plus

• Licences in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC a plus

• Owning a truck is a plus

• Passes a drug test upon receiving an offer

• Thoroughness, diligence and punctuality are paramount, as well as openness to feedback

• Applicants are enterprising, self-starters who will work well independently or in teams

• Candidates may occasionally be called to lift 100+ pound loads and should be comfortable spending daylight hours outdoors

The Associate will have several responsibilities including constructing outdoor paver patios and structures such as pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and roofs; tiling; siding homes; painting; installing irrigation, low-voltage lighting and artificial turf; and performing landscape plantings and maintenance. The target candidate is punctual and can work consistent 9am-5pm hours in a team-based setting on project. This person will be a contractor for the company, a rapidly growing remodeling firm based in Lubbock, TX licensed in commercial application of chemicals and landscape irrigation.

Responsibilities and Duties:
The Associate will complete the following tasks:

•Share skills with other ETS personnel
•Manage equipment inventory
•Demo and install various masonry based products, low-voltage lighting, landscaping material, paint
•Trim and prune landscaping materials on occasion
•Follow the instructions of the Foreman on ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:
•High school or higher education
•Background in residential remodeling preferred
•Licences in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC a plus
•Background in landscaping a plus
•Passes a drug test upon receiving an offer
•Thoroughness, diligence and punctuality are paramount, as well as openness to feedback
•Applicants sound see themselves as enterprising, self-starters who work well independently and in teams

This person will be a contractor for the company, a rapidly growing remodeling firm based in Lubbock, TX.

•Set up scaffolds
•Make mortar
•Be able to lift 50 plus pounds
•Rake and brush
•Lift and move around wheelbarrows
•Pour concrete footers
•Share skills with other ETS personnel
•Manage equipment inventory
•Demo and install various masonry siding products
•Follow the instructions of the Project Manager on ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:
•High school diploma preferred
•3+ years of experience in brick masonry preferred
•Stone siding experience a plus
•Background in residential remodeling preferred
•Licences in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC a plus
•Background in landscaping a plus
• Can pass a drug test upon receiving an offer
